All prices quoted are, unless otherwise stated, based on you bringing the car to our premises or agreed meeting place, and that there is an existing working key.
Payment can be by cash, card or bank transfer and, unless, previously agreed is due on completion and successful demonstration of the new key or keys.
Receipts and invoices will be supplied by email only. Printed “paper” receipts will not be supplied.
If you do not have a working key, we require – and there are no exceptions to these requirements:-

Proof of Ownership

Key programming can involve reprogramming the electronic immobiliser module within the car. There can be an element of risk attached to this – as with reprogramming any electronic module – and as is common practice, we require to advise customers of the risk. The risk is very minimal, but there is a risk. In the event of any programming failures or errors, our obligation is strictly limited to repairing the vehicle to the same condition as it was in at the start of the process and to do that as quickly as is possible. We shall strive to do so immediately, and in the vast majority of cases will be successful immediately, but there may be very, very rare cases where the operation of the vehicle cannot be immediately reinstated. Our liability is restricted to repairing the fault as quickly as is possible in the circumstances and we shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or compensation for out of pocket expenses or loss of use.
